Summer Jobs 2026 (For Current Students)

For returning students – we will have a new musical director this summer and he and Danny (our Assistant Director from the past few summers) have written a letter to everyone about what’s to come for this year’s musical. New students – please read as well – the musical is one of the most popular activities we do each summer and most students love being a part of it! Musical Letter

Hold Harmless Acknowledgment 2026 – we will have these forms available for you to sign at check-in. We are providing it here in case you would like to fill it out ahead of time. This form is required by the State of Louisiana for your student to ride in the state vehicles.

The dining hall has a website that you can visit to see the daily menus that will be available for your student. Here’s the link: https://mcneesedining.sodexomyway.com/en-us/locations/the-eatery-at-rowdy’s Please note – it says that Rowdy’s is closed for summer break but if you click on the little info button where it says that, it will reveal that the dining hall is actually operating on its normal summer schedule.

The McNeese Police have a great app that we highly recommend all students (and parents!) install on their devices. It has some safety features built in for people on campus but also will produce alerts for people off campus so parents can know immediately if there are any threats to campus.  It is called the McNeese Safe App and is available on the Apple store as well as the Android equivalent. Here’s a website with more information: https://linktr.ee/mcneesepd

One of the best parts of the program

for me was, for once, it allowed me to be one of the "normal" kids, instead of the "brainiac" nerd. I cherish that gift.
